Mills Martial Arts™ (MMA) was founded in 2000 to provide practical martial arts training for ordinary people. Our focus is not on belts or competition, but on the useful application of knowledge and skill in real life circumstances.
Each student at MMA learns in a safe environment where progress is measured on an individual basis; students learn at the pace which best suits them.
